SpineBio was designed by John Hickey, the founder of True Energy Yoga. A Muay Thai athlete who broke his back, required surgery and was told by doctors it would never fully heal.
At the time he was studying a sport science degree and delved deeply into spine biomechanics to learn anything he could to heal the injury. He gained key knowledge which he used to heal his spine, return to competition and get stronger than ever.
After this, he spent years helping people to recover from and prevent back injuries. And that experience and knowledge has been packed into a simple course, which you can use to heal at home.
